If an agent or private buyer contacts the listing office, they’re informed that you handle all showings, and your contact info is provided. All calls and email inquiries are routed to you.

🖥️ Will I have direct access to the MLS?

No, sellers do not receive direct access to the MLS. With our Flat Fee MLS service, you complete listing forms, and a licensed broker enters your property details into the MLS on your behalf. Please note that all commissions are negotiable by law.
